PROJECT 5: NEW FARM
This off the plan purchase required no internal renovations to be completed – this was unfortunately an investment where we stand at a loss with a market value lower than the initial purchase price.
The development of this apartment block was a long term project and one that we were looking forward to.
This is a great example to show that everyone does make mistakes but at TWPP we like to look at it from the positive side – we understand that with investments there are always risks involved that are out of our control.
During the journey we have made mistakes but it only gets better from
here!
- House 5 had a total purchase price of $608,112 which was comprised of $585,000 + Fees of $23,112
- This was an off the plan purchase so no costs were involved to renovate the property
- The Property value is currently $570,000
- The property's estimated value is $650,000
