Prior to this property being purchased, we undertook a rigorous review of all aspects of the property to find the opportunities for change. The property was bought with the view to give it a facelift which we knew would add substantial value. After over 6 months of work we finally created the luxury coastal feel we had pictured.
To create this beautiful beach house it came to a total project cost of $150,000. We used these funds to carry out a whole house renovation with freshly sanded floors, fresh coat of paint, new bathroom, a new kitchen and new tiles for the balcony.
