PROJECT 2: BANKSTOWN
This reno was a dream – from start to end it was a property that we maximised the potential on.
Our first big project!! We turned what was once a small house in Bankstown to a large spacious Duplex.
This project was our very first knock down rebuild. With careful planning and attention to detail, this project has enhanced the property’s aesthetic appeal which has further increased its market value. Each duplex developed consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2 parking spots. Both dwellings have been designed to enhance a modern look and feel with the perfect space for a family home.
This project may have been the most complex one we have done, especially because it was our first time doing a complete build from scratch.
- The purchase price was $603,499 which was comprised of $580,000 + Fees of $23,499
- The total project cost $560,000.
